No returns on change of mind LUMI nicotine pouches are perishable consumable goods. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, perishable goods are exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel. We therefore do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind on any orders.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will offer a full replacement or refund. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at joonas@kylmakorpi.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
